The MS Australia Postdoctoral Fellowship provides salary support for early career researchers working in the field of MS. The Fellow must be an Australian of New Zealand citizenship or have Australian Permanent residency at the time of taking up a successful fellowship circa end of January for the year the Fellowship begins. The research must be focused multiple sclerosis (MS). Either finding a cure, improve our understanding or offer a better rehabilitation outcome.
Funding Details: The duration of the MS Australia Postdoctoral Fellowship is typically three years. Typical Stipend-in-Aid amount is $40,000-$100,000 per year.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens undertaking research at an Australian research institution. MS Australia will accept applicants up to 10 years post-PhD (dated from receiving the letter of acceptance). Final-year PhD students may also apply, provided they have officially received their PhD by January of the fellowship start year.
